Delete Your Data
WeightIQ has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. All of your training data is stored only on your device. We do not hold a copy on any server, which means you are always in full control of it.
Delete some of your data
- A workout: swipe it left in the Log (or open it and choose Delete).
- A single set or movement: swipe it left in the workout.
- A custom exercise: swipe it left in the exercise picker to archive it.
Delete all of your data
Before you uninstall: Export your data first (Settings > Data > Export my data); uninstalling or deleting the app deletes it.
On Android
- Open your phone's Settings → Apps → WeightIQ.
- Choose Storage and tap Clear storage (or Clear data). This permanently erases everything WeightIQ saved.
- Optionally, uninstall the app. Uninstalling also removes its data from the device.
On iPhone or iPad
- Press and hold the WeightIQ icon on your Home Screen and choose Remove App.
- Choose Delete App, then confirm. This permanently erases everything WeightIQ saved on the device.
Workouts you shared
If you used Share to send a workout summary to another app (email, notes, messages), that copy lives in that app. Delete it there; WeightIQ cannot reach it.
Crash and usage reports
These contain no workouts. Switch them off in Settings → Privacy to stop any further reports. To have the crash and performance reports already sent from this phone deleted, email [email protected] with the installation ID shown there. Usage counts expire on their own; the privacy policy explains.
Android device backups
If device backup is on, Android may also keep a copy of the app's data in your own Google account. To remove it, turn off or delete the backup in your phone's Settings → Google → Backup (or Google One), or manage it at your Google account's backup settings. We cannot see or delete these backups for you.
iPhone and iPad backups
If iCloud Backup (or a backup to your computer) is on, iOS may also keep a copy of the app's data in your Apple Account's backup. To remove it, delete the backup in your phone's Settings, under your name, then iCloud and its storage and backup settings, or manage it from your computer. We cannot see or delete these backups for you.
